Line Dancing is Fun for everyone!
This low impact exercise is your mental and physical aerobic workout that you need in your life. Using easy step combinations, the choreography is taught to you first before putting on the music when the real fun starts. Each week brings a new dance and new challenges. You’ll learn each week while also practicing and repeating dances already learned. You can start anytime and have a full hour of fun each week. Wear comfortable shoes that slide a little (not running shoes!), and certainly bring some water as you’re going to be surprised at the workout you’re going to get.
TAP DANCING for Adults – Level 2
This class is for tap dancers who are not beginners and have taken at least one full year of tap lessons. We work with a low shoe (preferably a Jason Samuel Bloch) that ties up over the foot arche. This class is taught with a low impact style of dance. As adults we’re more interested in Tap Longevity and preserving our knees and hips. Students need to have good foot strength and a sense of musicality and timing already learned. Song styles are very retro swing with some old classics thrown in and the odd new modern tune.
CHOREOGRAPHY Level 2
This class is for Level 2 dancers who know the following choreography: Little Brown Jug, Stompa, 1234, Ok-Ok, Regular Joe, The Best You Can, Honey Pie, Juke-Box, The Warm Up.
These dances will be reviewed and repeated until they are super stuck in your brain to the point where you can do them in your sleep!

JOIN THE PARTY!
Bring your dancing feet, gyrating hips, and a desire to move like you’re in a Miami discotheque. Karen’s Zumba combines Latin music with popular Latin dances such as salsa, mambo, merengue, and samba. Don’t worry if you’re not a Latin ballroom trophy holder – just keep kicking your legs and swaying your arms. Not your traditional aerobics class and certainly way more fun than any boot camp exercise. We honestly don’t care if you don’t move, step or clap along in time because Zumba movements are more free flowing so that you’re just moving along with us. After a Zumba class, you’ll feel like you let yourself go at a party. Karen will keep you moving for a full hour with a warm up, various fun and exciting routines, and then finally when you’re all sweaty she’ll lead you through a cool down.
