Line Dancing is Fun for everyone!
This low impact exercise is your mental and physical aerobic workout that you need in your life. Using easy step combinations, the choreography is taught to you first before putting on the music when the real fun starts. Each week brings a new dance and new challenges. You’ll learn each week while also practicing and repeating dances already learned. You can start anytime and have a full hour of fun each week. Wear comfortable shoes that slide a little (not running shoes!), and certainly bring some water as you’re going to be surprised at the workout you’re going to get.
This is the best stretch class around. Yep, and you know what? We think it’s even better than YOGA! Cynthia will lead you through a warm up and a deep, deep stretch and will loosen you up for days. Arrive early because this class fills up fast. Bring a mat and water. You’re going to need those.
Bev McArthur has trained through the Stotts Institute in Toronto to offer you three strong styles of Pilates: Mat, Standing & Zen•Ga – making you work on flexibility, core strengthening, balance, endurance and an emphasis on proper posture. Each class will finish with a 15 minute fascial release techniques designed to smooth out those hard knots.
Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.
