Line Dancing is Fun for everyone!
This low impact exercise is your mental and physical aerobic workout that you need in your life. Using easy step combinations, the choreography is taught to you first before putting on the music when the real fun starts. Each week brings a new dance and new challenges. You’ll learn each week while also practicing and repeating dances already learned. You can start anytime and have a full hour of fun each week. Wear comfortable shoes that slide a little (not running shoes!), and certainly bring some water as you’re going to be surprised at the workout you’re going to get.
TAP DANCING for Adults – Level 3
This class is for tap dancers who have taken at least two full years of tap lessons. We work with a low shoe (preferably a Jason Samuel Bloch) that ties up over the foot arche. This class is taught with a low impact style of dance. As adults we’re more interested in Tap Longevity and preserving our knees and hips. Students need to have good foot strength and a sense of musicality and timing already learned. Song styles are very retro swing with some old classics thrown in and the odd new modern tune.

Barefoot, moving, stretching, dancing. You’ll dance through 12 songs ranging from the 1940s through to today. Each song has a base choreography that will build up your cardio and stretch to encourage the dancer within you.
