How to Watch Your Class Recordings

Your class recordings live behind a login, so only members can see them. Here is the shortest way in. Save this page and you will never have to hunt for it again.

▶  TAKE ME TO MY TAI CHI RECORDINGS

Sign in once and it drops you right on the recordings page.

The three steps

1

Click the gold button above

It opens a simple sign in box. Nothing else to find, nothing else to scroll past.

2

Type the email address Nancy has on file for you, then your password.

3

Press play

You land straight on the recordings page. Scroll to the week you want and press the big play button.

Worth doing once: tick Remember Me when you sign in. Your device will keep you signed in, and after that the gold button takes you straight to the videos with no password at all.

If it says your email is not recognised

Nine times out of ten it is one of these four things.

You have more than one email address

Your account is tied to one address only. If you have a work address, an old address and a newer one, only the address Nancy set you up with will work. Not sure which one it is? Reply to any studio email and ask.

Your phone or tablet filled it in for you

Phones love to helpfully drop in a saved address, and it is often the wrong one. Tap the box, clear out whatever appears, and type the address yourself.

An extra space or a capital letter crept in

Tablets add a capital at the start and sometimes a space at the end. Your address should be all lower case with nothing after it.

You are using an old link

Links from older emails can go stale. Start fresh from the gold button on this page.

If the password is the problem

Go to the password reset page and follow the email that arrives. If nothing shows up within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder. Some email providers are strict, and studio emails land there more often than they should.

Still stuck? Do not sit and fight with it.

Reply to any email from the studio, or call me at 613-868-9062. Tell me what the screen says and I will sort it out. It usually takes me a minute, and I would much rather fix it than have you miss a week of practice.
