Nancy Miller-McKenzie

Nancy Miller-McKenzie is a graduate of the Fanshawe College Fitness Training program, where she studied various fitness styles, along with nutrition. Over the course of three years, Nancy also studied anatomy, physiology, and exercise science, among other relevant courses. With 30 years of experience in the field, her goal has always been to enhance the lives of those around her. She has a deep commitment to making a positive impact.

Recently, Nancy has worked towards the improvement of strength, balance, mental acuity, and cardiovascular fitness. She is always seeking out new ways to achieve this through a growing array of exercise styles making her classes are always fun and new! She believes that fitness is essential at every stage of life and will show you that it’s equally important that the journey is enjoyable. You’ll find this out with her laugh and big beautiful smile ☺

Along with her contribution to The Workshop Dance Studio, she is actively involved in the community. Nancy has served as a Rotarian for 13 years. She holds positions on several boards in and around Kemptville. She is a dedicated member of the North Grenville Community.

Nancy Miller-McKenzie joined the Workshop Dance Studio at the very start back in 2015 to teach her signature Aerobics’ Class. Since Covid, Nancy studied with the American Parkinson’s Society enabling her to teach her amazing Mobility Class – a class open to all who need to work on their mobility, strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness. This was quickly followed by a sister-class called Circuit Power. Her classes are on the schedule Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11am. These classes are part of the Monthly Unlimited Package, or can be purchased as a Drop-In for $15 (cash only).
