Fun alert! This class starts with seated upper body shenanigans, drumming on stability balls using real drumsticks. As things heat up, participants are cheerfully challenged to rise from their seats. If mobility is a bit of a puzzle, they can stick to their seats. They can groove to amusing patterns paired with lively tunes. Our drumming beats are sure to set everyone in motion.

In a sitting tap dancing class, participants learn the rhythmic art of tap dance while seated. The class focuses on footwork, rhythm, and coordination, providing a unique and inclusive way to experience tap dancing.

Chairs and Tap Shoes provided.

A fun and easy line dancing class also serves as a fitness activity. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, this class offers a lively atmosphere. You can follow along to upbeat music and get your heart pumping, enjoying a full-body workout without even realizing it.

Option #1 – $5

The Community Classes are $5 per person / per class. You can pay each time you drop in (cash only).

Option #2 – $50

For $50, you can take as many of the Community Classes for one month. This option must be purchased at the beginning of the month.

Option #3 – $175

This is all inclusive package and is only available at the beginning of September. This package is for all the classes in September, October, November & December.

Becoming a sponsor can be an incredibly rewarding experience for both individuals and businesses. From September to December, members of the Community Classes and Community Living eagerly come together. Under the guidance of an experienced Choir Director, we joyfully practice memorable Christmas songs. The grand show takes place in December. The choir carefully always selects a fully-accessible location allowing everyone to enjoy the show. Their showcase of an unforgettable Christmas performance is not to be missed. Like previous years, they gratefully accept donations to contribute to a charitable cause.
